Gibson Electric Membership Corporation invites everyone to its 86th Annual Members’ Meeting on Thursday, April 6, at Hickman County Elementary School, 416 McMorris St, Clinton, Ky.

Registration will begin at 6 p.m. Among other prizes, members who register will be eligible to win one of ten $100 bill credits that can be applied to Gibson EMC or Gibson Connect bills, and members’ children will be eligible to win one of six $25 Walmart gift cards.

At 6:15 p.m., The Josh Williams Band will perform a blend of Southern gospel, bluegrass, classic country and acoustic music. During the business meeting at 7 p.m., Gibson EMC’s leadership will provide an update on the co-op’s operation. They will present a financial report and talk about the significant activities that have taken place during the past fiscal year as well as their expectations for Gibson EMC’s future. Members will have the option of a free barbecue sandwich or hot dog, potato chips, individually wrapped desserts, and a soft drink or bottle of water.
