Residential Bill Diagram

  1. Account number: Your unique member number.
  2. Cycle: Gibson EMC's monthly billing is divided into 51 cycles. Each cycle lasts for about 30 days. Your cycle begins the day your meter is read and ends the day before your meter is to be read again.
  3. Service Period: Shows the time period your bill covers.
  4. No. days: The total number of days for which current charges are assessed.
  5. KWH Usage: This is the total number of kilowatt-hours used this month.
  6. Present reading: The latest kilowatt-hour reading that was recorded by the meter.
  7. Previous reading: Last month's kilowatt-hour meter reading.
  8. Due date: The date your bill payment is due.
  9. History: Your electricty use over the last 13 months.
  10. Contact information: Please contact us if your information changes.
  11. Location number: Your unique number associated with the physical service address.
  12. Meter number: Number on the meter attached to your service location.
