Gibson Electric Membership Corporation is seeking to fill a Member Service Representative position in our Troy Member Service Center.
Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or the equivalent, have excellent customer service skills, computer skills (including typing and 10-key), cash handling skills (including accurate processing of transactions, balancing, and working deposits, multi-tasking skills, as well as meet other qualifications listed in the position description.
Qualified applicants MUST earn the following National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) levels: level 3 or Bronze on Applied Mathematics; level 4 or Silver on Locating Information; and level 4 or Silver on Reading for Information. All American Job Center locations in Tennessee offer the NCRC testing and the Kentucky Adult Education Centers offer the NCRC testing.
