Customer Service Centers:
Gibson EMC’s corporate customer service center is in Trenton, Tennessee.  Our satellite customer service centers are in Alamo, Medina, Tiptonville, Trenton and Troy.  Our customer service centers (excepting Medina) are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.  (The drive-through windows open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 5:30 p.m.) The Medina customer service center is open on Friday from 8 a.m. – noon and from 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
